Get ready to howl at the moon with Emmy Award-Winning KTLA Television Reporter Wendy Burch as the evening's emcee.  This is our most popular Yappy Hour of the season!  Dress your pups and let them strut their stuff in their favorite costume for a chance to take home the prize in costume categories of "Dynamic Duo," "Most Creative," "Cute, Cuddly, and Silly," and "Best in Show."  Donation to enter the costume contest is $10 per canine category.
