Third Thursday Mixer - Bistro Provincia

Bistro Provincia will be the host for the August Third Thursday Mixer! Enjoy this beautiful new venue in the heart of Dana Point on August 15, from 5:30-7:30 pm for networking, great food and a great time.

This after hours mixer is for members and non-members and is hosted at a different Dana Point Chamber member's venue every third Thursday of the month. Join us at 5:30 pm for drinks (2 drink tickets with admission), light appetizers and the opportunity to network with businesses in our strong Dana Point community.

Ever since Executive Chef Manuel "Manny" Diaz landed his first Los Angeles restaurant job back in 1980, he has spared no emotion in expressing his passion for preparing delicious meals. In fact, Diaz, whose culinary expertise and notoriety has landed him on the front pages of the Los Angeles Times and the Downtown News, is so passionate about cooking that even after a day that begins at 4:30 a.m., ending at 4:30 p.m., he will come home and enthusiastically prepare a scrumptious meal for his wife and children.
