German, founder of Our Epic Ocean, will talk about how paddleboarding over 25,000 miles in Laguna Beach and experiencing countless interactions with marine mammals turned from a hobby into a commitment to help protect the ocean and the sacred life that calls it home. Join us to learn from German and dive into his passion as he shows images from his favorite moments and talks about his inspiration to write and create the book, Blue Laguna. German has since started the podcast, Our Epic Ocean, founded non-profit, Project O, created a certificate program, Blue City Network, and set forth on a mission to protect the “Russian spy” Beluga Whale with OneWhale.
