Ribbon Cutting: Tabay's Mindful Kitchen

Tabay's Mindful Kitchen food truck is celebrating its 1-year anniversary! When Tabay Atkins was 16 years old, he opened up his very own vegan food truck. His mission is to inspire people to follow a plant-based diet, by making vegan versions of foods you'll love. 

Since Tabay never had an "official" grand opening, Chamber staff will be congratulating Tabay with a ribbon cutting on Saturday, July 1 at 2:00pm. Join us as we celebrate Tabay!  


Tabay will be serving food, fun and festivities from 12-4pm on July 1. Enjoy a DJ spinning tunes all day and a fun 360 photo booth to capture the moment.
