FS8 Dana Point is a modern fitness studio that blends Pilates, Tone, and Yoga into a single powerful 50-minute, low-impact, high-energy workout. As Dana Point locals, we were inspired to create a space rooted in movement, health, recovery, and community, a place that brings people together while helping them feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to themselves and each other.

Our studio features 18 reformer beds, 6 TVs for guided class instruction, incredible trainers, and a beautiful recovery lounge with 3 private red light therapy rooms, plus 3 zero gravity chairs where members can relax with compression legs and SmartGoggles. FS8 Dana Point is more than a workout; it’s a place to move, recover, connect, and feel your best.
