Open House: City's Local Hazard Mitigation Plan

The City of Dana Point is developing a local hazard mitigation plan to better understand the natural hazards that pose a threat to the community. The plan will develop actions and formulate proactive strategies to reduce the risks associated with these hazards as well as minimize and mitigate their overall impact to the community.

Your voice matters! The City is inviting our residents to provide input by taking a short online
survey.

The City will also host an Open House on November 9 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Emergency Operating Center located on the first floor of the Dana Point City Hall at 33282 Golden Lantern. The Open House will include a brief presentation on the proposed plan, provide an opportunity to take the survey, as well as have information booths from Orange County Fire Authority (OCFA), the Community Emergency Response Team (CERT), and Tri-Cities Radio Amateur Civil Emergency Service (RACES) for additional questions.
