The Ocean Institute turns 40 this year and we hope you will help us celebrate with two nights of exciting musical entertainment from Michael Paulo, Ray Parker Jr., and more!

Guests will attend an intimate gala gourmet dinner and jazz performance, complete with cocktail reception, passed canapés and an award-winning, four-course taste extravaganza and wine pairing. This dinner is created exclusively for this event and prepared by celebrated executive chefs from local four- and five-star resorts including Monarch Beach Resort, The Ranch at Laguna Beach, and Montage Laguna Beach.
