Grunion Run

Doheny Grunion Night is back by popular demand! There will be a presentation and video by Grunion expert, Professor Karen Martin, and a Grunion trivia game by retired Ranger Jim Serpa. At the event, guests may experience live births of Grunion eggs and enjoy complimentary lite snacks, refreshments, and special exhibits. 

Free event and free parking. Let the entrance staff know you are attending the evening's program. Please bring flashlights, warm clothing, and beach chairs for seating.

Official run may start as early as 10:15pm, but will depend on the grunion
