The evening begins with a cocktail reception on the Wine Terrace as Chef Mina mingles amongst the group, sharing his artisan tray-passed bites. Then, the Wine Cave doors open, inviting you to step inside for a multi-course dinner, artfully prepared in true Mina style, and presented by Chef Mina himself.
