Glasspar Flight Club Wine Tasting

There are rocks in my glass! Or what the poets call 'mineralogy'. That slate/gravel/flint/fossil pseudoscience that turns a good wine into something grand is on full display here! Paired with four dishes that transform these geologic hints into snapshots of distant terroirs.

Attendees will enjoy delicious bites prepared by Chef Rob Wilson to accompany wines during the tasting. Purchase your favorite bottle afterwards and stay for dinner!
