Dine in the elegant setting of the Botanical Lawn and enjoy an al fresco Easter celebration, featuring a savory brunch buffet and picturesque ocean views. Delight in an expansive spread of upscale offerings, including a Butcher Station with tapenade-stuffed leg of lamb and roasted rosemary lemon chicken, a shellfish and seafood display, an Asian-inspired offering of dim sum, spring rolls, and sushi; a hot seafood station with mussels, sea bass, and rock shrimp risotto, as well as traditional breakfast favorites.
