Angel Flight West is a volunteer driven nonprofit organization.  For over 33 years, AFW has been arranging free transportation in response to healthcare and other compelling needs.  More than 1500 pilots throughout our 13 western states donate their aircraft, piloting skills and flying costs to help families in need, and these families pay nothing at all.  Please support increasing the number of people we serve.
