An Evening with Holocaust Survivor Joseph Alexander
Born in 1922 in Kowal, Poland, Joe was sent by the Nazis to 12 different concentration camps including Dachau and Auschwitz-Birkenau. After the brutal annihilation of the Warsaw Ghettto in 1943, he was sent from Auschwitz back to the Ghetto to clean up the destruction's aftermath. Towards the end of the war, after being shuttled from one death camp to another, the Nazi's forced Joe on one of their infamous death marches from which very few survived. Having recently celebrated his 101th birthday, hear Joe relate his amazing and fascinating story of survival, strength, and determination. Security will be present. Seating Limited.
